Worst service ever
I'm a new customer and the service I got , horrible..the customer agent was so rude..I'm so disappointed...to make matters worse,they sent an email saying my case was solved ..i can't believe this,,,i would give you guys a negative Star if there was one

16 Jan 2024, 13:58I don't know which number you called because my number was online.. anyways call me again this Sat the 20th....i will stop everything and just wait for your call....if you guys don't call on Saturday then please cancel my contract and keep your router which is late for delivery aswell....
