Worst service Ever!!!!!

My order was delivered on Wednesday it hard a broken SIM port I can't insert a SIM card . I have reported this matter but I have not even received any feedback regarding this. not even an apology now I am stuck with the router that is not working yet payments were processed what's the point ???. I want my refund !!! . You guys can come collect your things and we just part ways!!!
