Worst service ever!!!

For the past 2 months my billing date has changed, I’ve always paid my bill on the 15th now it has suddenly changed to the first, I called last month and the operator said it has changed to my usual billing date but here I am again getting billed on the 1st WHICH ENTIRELY INCORRECT!!

I’ve called and sent emails however I have not recieved any call back and it has been over 48hrs, I’ve been using Rain for YEARS!! I’m highly disappointed and regret ever recommending it to anyone!!!
