Worst service ever.
One of the worst services I've ever experienced, constant network issues, router keeps saying no internet no matter where u put it, and when u reach out to rain they either tell u to change the location of the router, or they say one of their towers is affected. Ok I get that but why is your tower always affected cause this is starting to become a normal thing for them. I also suspect that they throttle your speeds because my speeds would go from 30 Mbit to 4 Mbit but the network indicated wouldn't change. Such a poor service, you're better sticking to mtn as they do provide unlimited internet for a cheaper price.

16 Jul 2024, 18:00Ok I understand u saying I'm connected to a 5G working tower, but why am I getting a speed of 2 megabits when it should be 30 megabits, also websites seem to take long to load for some reason or they just won't load at all. If it's not the tower then what is it, the router? Certainly not it cause it's standing next to a window. Honestly the service is great when it actually works, but it seems like after 3 days, there's something wrong with the router, leading me to have no internet for 2 or more days. I can't watch TV cause I don't use cable tv, I depend on WiFi to watch TV and this thing not being reliable is just frustrating, especially when I don't have answers to my problem.
