Worst Service

I've had the worst experience with rain.

I ordered a 5G package on the 2nd Aug

Only received it on the 10th Aug

The router was not working.

Called support from the 11th Aug to 15th Aug everyday, my issue wasn't sorted.

Cancel the package and requested a refund on the 16th.

Responded to their email confirming my address for the collection of the router.

It's the 24th Aug today, and nothing has been done still.

FYI - this was not the first 5G router I was ordering. I've ordered a 5G router before, My order was processed very quickly and the router worked very well.

But the service I received this time is ??????
