Worst Service Delivery Ever!

An order was placed on 24th of June and has not been delivered to date. I have emailed and called on numerous occasions regarding this and my emails are being ignored at this point. To fail to deliver a product that has been billed is highly unacceptable and your customer service leaves a lot to be desired for. Please advise when my package will be delivered or cancel this order and refund my monies. I trust that I will not have to escalate this any further and on any other platform.
