Worst service delivery

I orders a router on the 30October and only get to receive it on the 10 November after making several calls where i was sent from pillar to post.

Ok sharp alright, all the 3 sim cards are not working. The router light flashes red. I have been trying to call rain for assistance without any success. This is so tiring I honestly regret for ever doing business with Rain. I don't ever thing i will wish to do business with them in future or recommend anyone for that matter. I am very unhappy.
