Worst service delivery

I app**** for the rain unlimited data Sim after a referral from a friend who literally stays next door... Next thing I'm told they won't deliver it and I have to collect it from some random place... Seemed fishy since my neighbor got theirs at the door. That's *********** and inconvenient not to mention dishonest. As we speak I haven't received it and I am disgusted by this...what was the whole point of registering my delivery details if I have to go and collect it. I am planning on canceling all this...
