Worst service

I recently bought a Rain 4g si card, that has their unlimited packed from 23:00 pm to 18: pm, with a 0gb limit for peak hours from 18:00 pm to 23:00 pm i started using it on Friday, the download speed was around 1mb/s, around 17:50 pm the download speed increased to around 3 mb/s, after 18:00 when its supposed to stop working because i had chose not to add additional data for that peak hours, Rain started charging me even with the limit.

the worst part came weekend the speed went do to between 10kb/s to 100kb/s, even to watch a series from netflix it took about 2 min to 5 minutes for an episode to load, when i try to login into my dashboard i was greeted with an error message Error load page"i sent the support centre an email all i got was an automated response with a ref number, with a promise that someone will get in touch with me, even today am still waiting for someone to contact me.
