Worst service

Rain advertised that you can be up and running within 24hrs after purchasing your unit.

It's been over 72hrs after my purchasing of the unit and I still have not been connected. Every time I call the support desk, all they can say is they will escalate my issue. And up till now no one has gotten back to me.

The service I'm receiving from rain is trouble. I with advise that you rather not get rain internet. They have the worst support desk service.
