Worst service at Rain and CCD Couriers

I have placed an order on the 5th October. They took my payment and said that I will receive an sms from CCD Couriers to schedule my delivery that will take place in 3 - 5 working days. I haven't received an sms and I phoned CCD Couriers to find out about my order. They don't know about my order and said that I must phone Rain and speak to them. I phoned Rain and asked them about my order. The only answer I get from the unprofessional and rood lady was that I must wait till I get an sms from CCD Couriers. If I don't receive anything, then I must phone them back tomorrow again and then they will have a look into it, to see what's going on. This is really pathetic service from Rain with unprofessional staff that putts the phone on mute, while you are still talking to them.
