WORST "SERVICE" as you get NO SERVICE

I would seriously give them 0 stars if that was possible! Received my router 2 weeks ago and it is not working. I have sent numerous emails as they have NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT number!!!! I have had a total of 3 responses that was not automated out of about 20 emails sent and queries logged. Out of those 3 emails, I was promised someone will contact me, 15 days and still no call! I paid for a full month but only placed my order on the 11th of May, I let that go but now I have paid for a full month with NO SERVICE and NO DAMN INTERNET! I have cancelled with my previous provider as Rain seemed to have a better offer, I have 2 children that are supposed to run classes online, which is now not possible due to their horrid service! They are ******* that take your money, send you a worthless router and offer no support! I thought Telkom had the worst service I have ever experienced, never in my life did I think anyone could top them with even worse! Absolutely unbelievable!
