Worst service and support - you will never have internet

If I could select zero starts that would be more relevant, I have better service from our government than I have received from Rain, and then the person in support tells me "I will do you a favor by assisting you" NOOO you doing your job not doing me a favor I would NOT get this internet service is is not worth it, just like any other company when I wanted to cancel all of a sudden my internet worked and they asked me not to cancel. I would not recommend Rain to anyone not even to the Rain CEO as I am sure he does not even use rain as service at his home.
