WORST SERVICE AND SUPPORT EVER!!!!!

Worst ever experience!!After numerous calls and emails,I have to wait for advance technical to contact me!!I still have no internet and the sim cards are useless!cards and router aren't connected, but yet my bank account gets deducted!!!! If their service and support is this bad, I cannot imagine how difficult it would be to cancel this pathetic deal.
