Worst service and reception

I've been struggling with my signal for a year and half now paying for a 100mbps line but only receiving 20mbps on the best day. When i tried to speak to a consultant they all of a sudden cant hear me and put the phone down in my ear and the other one never even answerd. All i requested was a new router at my current price with the same line speed. But unfortunately rain only cares abou the sale not keep old client happy. Im very disappointed in the service and signal from rain.
