Worst service and Poor customer care.

Rain is truly disappointing and we'd never recommend anyone to opt for it. Firstly the old router always had connection errors and did not function optimally. The second router was delivered yesterday midday and has never functioned since. We have been buying data from our pockets whereas we have paid for internet connection. The call center is not helpful and their escalations are never attended to. Is it even professional for a call center agent to advise a customer that technicians are limited in number and there's no turn around time? We need the internet to work remotely and connect devices in the household. How do we manage that? RAIN needs to start treating paying customers with respect and attend to their queries timeously.
