WORST SERVICE AND CONNECTIVITY WITH NO ASSISTANCE OFFERED

Rain's service is NON EXISTENT! I have been a new client of them for just over a month. Not once in this time have I done a speed test that resulted in more than 1.1mbps. (And that was clearly on a good day). I have contacted Rain 5 times and still awaiting ANY FORM of response. I will not recommend anyone making use of Rain. Canceling my subscription.
