Worst Service and after sales support to date in SA

I have signed up for a Rain One account which was meant to be R559. I processed one upgrade and paid for it for 60mbps. Then I have been charged over R1000 via debit order which would indicate I am on 100+ package. My speed is still limited to 60mbps.

I have logged a ticket on the poorly developed application with no response. I tried calling the call center over 8 times this week and after an accumulation of 60 minutes on hold with no help I finally get hold of someone who cuts my calls.

My sim cards with the rain one account does not allow receiving or making of calls.

This is the worst ISP service or experience I have received thus far.
