Worst service, a *******, never has coverage, I want my money back

I have not had service for months now. There is no network coverage therefore there is no use for this rain internet. I removed my banking details however it is still debiting my account with no usage. It has debited for R250*3 today. Which that is unfair if there is no internet. I want my money back. This is a pathetic service. Clients need to be aware of such companies. It is not right. This is ultimately the worse service received. The call center does not even pick up the line . let alone no one will answer your complains.
