Worst Service

Rain is one of the worst services providers there is. They never resolve any queries. They cancelled my subscription saying I did not pay when I did pay. Sent them the proof of payment on the below email address *** But nothing changed.

With close to 32 calls to their call centre having to wait for +- 20 minutes to get help. They will give you a story, I simply cannot understand how such a big organisation can be ****ming people of their hard earned money like this. This is ridiculous.
