Worst service

I Velerine Williams requested an immediate cancelation on the 9 of September 2021, Ref No. ***, the consult told me that it would take upto 48hours for cancelation. After the 48 hour I than called them again with the request and still no service was received, instead I received an email indicating that the package was upgraded which was not the request, only after I told them that I'll take it to media, than only on the 16 they phone me to make arrangements for the router to be collected.

I spend more than R100 on airtime calling behind them.

Now I have been charged for more the 16days, and their service was only for for 8 and a half day.
