Worst Service

Bought a 5G package and paid for it on 26/04/2023. Delivery was made however it was a simcard only. This is supposed to come with a router.

Called their support department on 03/05/2023 to inform them. Spoke to 3 agents on that day, from morning till afternoon, all of them promised to call me back within 2 hours. They still haven’t called me back to this day.

I then spoke to a team leader by the name of Chester, who promised to get back to me at 15:00 on 05/05/2023, still no call.

They had the nerve to point fingers at the courier company they’re using.

Today it’s 08/05/2023 and I still haven’t received my router.

I’m regretting the decision of purchasing the package
