Worst service

I have been trying to cancel rain for 2 months now going for 3 on their app and I am not getting any assistance. I tried to call in and support does not go through but they keep deducting my money for nothing. I have not been using their data which has been non existent and their router. I want my money back and come get your router. It's easy for a sale to go through but when it comes to giving service no one services you. I don't recommend rain for anyone. I worst service I have ever received. Please cancel and leave my money alone.
