Worst service

I have now logged 5 tickets and still no one has bother to call me. I eventually called and the lady was very rude and could not help me. She then said she will escalate it and send me an email. Another 24 later and still nothing. I am paying for a service I am not getting. Very very bad service!!

Nobody has phoned me!! It is now a week without connection. I expect to be credited for lost time. This should have been sorted out quicker. I am not happy!!
