Worst service
Been Using Rain for sometime now and Since Sunday I have been struggling with internet access.it connect to the wifi but it does not have internet , I have been calling for some time and they told me it’s a problem with a signal from my router to the wifi towers according to the agents,However no one has came with the solution to fix my issue and they been promising to call me since They told me they gonna escalate the matter for how long I don’t know..its very disappointing considering how pricey they’re services are and On top of that I still have to buy Data whilst I paid R580 for wifi. an being someone who sells things online in need internet access constantly.am even thinking of changing from rain to something better.
