Worst service

I took a 4G month to month plan with Rain. Had to cancel it few months after because the connection was really bad. Cancelled just in time but it still gives me my next debit date, trying to contact support but no one is getting back to me, it has been over a week now. Worse it doesn’t even give me an option to remove my banking details.
