WORST RECEPTION FOR MORE THEN 7 DAYS

Not once for the past week was my signal stable or had propper downloads speed. Worst part is to constantly call and stay on the line fr over 10 mini6and still having the problem unsolved

Teh email received did not doe anything or solved anything. The emaol stated that i must do exactly the same thing whoch was said on this communication and wich was done a thousand times...

Can someone take this serious, or can i lodge an official claim of servie not being provided that was paid for?

Bare in mind, i will either miss my deadlines or i will have to buy data for my own simcards to be abl to submit my work.... thus this will add cost t my expenses not budgeted for.... who will carry that cost?

Your trouble shooting created more trouble then assistance. After my 3rd call a technician shoul hv been dispatched..... so now how long should i still wait and or how many other phone calls must i still make to be assisted
