Worst Rain internet service ever

The worst customer service ever. I haven’t had internet 🛜 in 5 days. They keep saying that they will send out technicians, but still to date nothing. I’ve paid them when they automat Deducted money from my account without permission. I can’t even understand their call center agents as they keep saying I must wait a while. They’ll get back to me. Rain internet is not worth it.
