Worst Rain experience YET

Please correct me if I'm wrong,

Rains Unlimited 4G package Promises the following: Unlimited data Speeds up to 10Mbps Basic quality streaming resolution* Use in any 4G enabled device – including phones, MiFis and home routers.

I am an existing customer of rain for about a year now, recently I have had the worst experience with rain. For the past 2 Months I get less that 1mbs and constant connection drops. I have complained about this before.

May I suggest that you as rain, start giving more attention to your existing customers than getting new customers ? Rain has informed me before that they cannot handle the load.... So Guys help me out here I'm tired of getting horrible speeds and network drops. Your excising customer base is paying for your staffs salaries and whatever els you guys are using your money for, am I correct to say this ?.
