Worst Rain experience

I was suppose to give it a Zero but there isn't a Star for that so will use this .So I've been using Rain for awhile and didn't have problems till recently when I tried using my hotspot but couldn't connect,been trying to connect them but with no support from their end .I even changed my package R299 but they still take the same package R479 .Eventhough they won't do anything or this platform won't help I'm just giving you guys a friend advice take low packages cause at least you will get its money worth. Thankyou
