Worst Rain ever
Really sick and tired of Rain. Charging 699 for uncapped 5G. Yeah right, IF you have some wifi you can only do one thing and not a laptop and Xbox. But mostly there is no wifi. Several attempts to find out what is going on on their app and call centre had no luck. Not even a call back. So disgusted.

06 Jan 2022, 07:15Every time I query I get that same reply. The connection comes and goes. It is really bad in the afternoons and evenings when we want to watch Netflix. I suspect your towers are overloaded.
