Worst Rain
Another month again where Rain deducted money of my account without any service given. Again I had to phone them and again everything gets escalated to someone else and nobody gets back to you and nobody can help. This has been going on for 6 months now.

09 Dec 2024, 09:06I did not say I wanted to cancel. I asked for a refund as I don't have any service and for a technician to come fix the problem. I haven't received the fefund yet.

09 Dec 2024, 10:17No Rain. You don't understand. I advised your office that I won't be available for at least 2 weeks. I want the refund and once your technician was here to sort out the problem then you can debit my account for the remaining days of December.
