Worst provider!

Worst provider ever! Been trying to cancel my contract for 7 months now! Settled my account In May, which means I paid a month extra to cancel the contract. Called them for the 3rd time to cancel my contract, the support said she would escalate immediately, this morning I get another message that I need to PAy another month, this is ridiculous even the banks know about them ******** people!
