Worst possible service

Worst service ever I am paying for 5G and supposed to get 200mbps but get a mere 4-6 mbps and I am so tired of moving my router around does not help outside or inside still get the same results. I have asked for help so many times but I am being told the same things like move the router to face the tower or move to window facing tower that I have done already then I was promised technicians will help but nothing when I asked when am I getting help I get ignored. Rain is a bunch of ********😡
