Worst Pathetic Service

I logged my 1st Query on the 2nd July informing rain to cancel their subscription because their network coverage is bad. 3rd July they Responded that there is outstanding balance on the account, so they inform me that they cant cancel a suspended account. August 1st they took their outstanding balance and i never dispute that transaction. But the 1st September they debited my account that's where i started to get ****ed with rain because i believed that i paid their outstanding balance as per our previous Conversation when i wanted to cancel the service. 2nd September i send them email requesting reversal of funds because i never used their services for august after i settled their outstanding balance. 3rd September they responded informing that they never received email of Cancellation after i settled the outstanding balance, and they even mentioned that they have cancelled the sim and services of Rain on the same Email. So i was happy because they cancelled their services, but surprisingly the 1st October they debit my Account again R479 and i was furious because i wondered why they do that because i no longer have business with Rain. 1st October send them email to reverse my funds my subscription was cancelled on 3rd September. Guess What on 7th October they Responded saying that they bill in arrears so the amount was for the Month of September. But surprisingly I cancelled my Services September, so what where they Billing. 8th i send them mail that my services were cancelled 3rd September so what were they billing for September. They responded with another excuse that the sim was Cancelled on 30th September not the 3rd. that their Cancellations are done Month end there's no immediate Cancellation. So Now i have emailed rain again requesting answers why they playing games with our Money and they never Mentioned that cancellations are done on 3rd.

so i would like to warn customer to never do business with Rain if they want to Loose their Money they working hard for. Their Service is worst and Pathetic.
