Worst operator out in whole south africa ,, rain 5g and worst customer service

I order there 5g router plan on 10th September it got delivered after a big delay! Soon after a received a message that my services are activated but it never happened i am struggling from 7 days now to get it up and running there customer service is horrible i call them everyday and they say the same thing “we are escalating the matter” internet is important part of life especially if u are working professional buying this rain 5g is biggest mistake of my life as i said it has been a week after delivery and yet, no one is here to fix my internet there router says limited connection all working professionals out there here a piece of advice for you all “ never buy rain 5g “ I repeat “never buy rain 5g”
