Worst of the worst

Worst of the worst....they delay your cancellation just to make sure they debit you over and over.......they take weeks to get back to you....they refuse to look at the history of how we battled to get the service cancelled and they have a different story everytime. And their service and internet is ****!!!!!! Why else did i cancel with them...and because of their delays in cancelling, i have to continue paying for **** internet which didnt work anyway and i have to pay my new service provider. Rain is a bunch of *****s.
