Worst of the worst
Every single day I loose my network It's becoming ridiculous now, every day I have to submit a ticket on the app. This is bill, please fix it asap it effects my income and thats unacceptable.

14 Mar 2023, 09:23Its not fair on the consumer to lose 2 hrs of network after it goes down due to loadshedding, it is a loss of income, it is bad enough that we struggle with loadshedding, now we have to suffer with 2 hrs no network, it is a MAJOR LOSS OF INCOME.
And what will you do if someone has an emergency and due to the neglected from Rain side to keep and maintain good service someone loses a life or seriously injured cause they can make a data call???????????

Fix it, the SOUTH COAST OF KZN can't continue like this it's not fair, we already suffer from the worst cases of loadshedding now this! Not acceptable due to consumer act. We pay for a service.
