WORST OF THE WORST

I have cancelled my 5G on Wednesday 17 February 2021 and since then have absolutely no responds from Rain who claims to be the best. Well guess what I have struggled to get the 1ste Machine and the to try and activate is took another 3 days still after a week they decided to swapout my machine and sim card. that went quick but yet again with no prevail still nothing worker. I WOULD LIKE YOU TO PHONE ME AND PAY BACK MY MONEY I MY EYES YOUR ARE *****ING FROME PEOPLE. After 5 reference numbers and almost another week went buy and still no contact from rain. This is unexpectable and not the way you do business. I will not recommend you to anyone. GET SOMEONE TO PHONE ME BACK SORT OUT THIS **** AND PAY ME BACK
