WORST NON SERVICE EVER!!!!!

WORST NON SERVICE EVER!!! I placed an order on the 1 July 2020 and paid on the website. I still have not received my SIM. One of the agents phoned me on 10 July 2020 to say that RAM can't find my address which was a lie. But i gave the agent my address again over the phone but by the 16th i still did not receive anything so i decided to phone RAM to find out what is going on, just to find out they still has not received my SIM from RAIN. I mailed the support Center but no one came back to me. Its the 20th today still no feedback. I tried to contact support on the website but it does not work so email them and this is the feedback i get
