WORST / NO SERVICE AND ZERO FUNCTION

absolute worst service ever!

After thinking rain was our saving grace, as we had moved into a newly built appartment in an area where the fibre had not yet been installed, we app**** and received our sim. Been using it since April, but we, and our neighbors, have had nothing but THE WORST service. Not worth what you pay at all, and don't think they get back to you after logging a query. Try logging 3/4 before expecting them to respond! Have had no service all day, and they keep messing around with the device. Hmmm. Our neighbors probably have the same incorrect settings on theirs them? How funny? I keep telling them all settings etc on the device are correct, but they don't seem to want to consider that the issue is on their side. You can't phone them either, because according to the voice recording, taking phone calls is not safe for them during covid..... CAN'T WAIT TO BE RID OF THEM
