Worst Network you'll always spend airtime calling only not to be helped

I'd like to cancel my rain account as I'm not receiving any services and I'd like to cancel it effective immediately... and would like my refund for the remainder of the time not spent on your network. Please not the network was only fixed on the 16 September 2021 and only worked till the 25th of September 2021 and please not that those are the only days you offered me your services...on the 15th of September an agent by the name of Thuli (***) adviced me I'll be billed from the day the package starts working and today the 26th of September Gerald (***) advised me that my order will be canceled in two hours... I'm looking forward to that 2 hours...
