Worst network & support services Ive ever came across!

Good morning,

The fact of the matter is, since the 3rd week of December I have had no service from you guys, you guys took my money end of December for January and promised to refund me for January once my router has been received. You should have received this by now yet there is no refund and no response. You leave me no choice but to post a TikTok about the situation and to let people know that once you have signed up that there will be no services and support.

I have logged numerous tickets, phoned your call center, posted on Hallo Peter and Facebook!

I will keep going at it until I have received my refund!
