I activated the rain 4g unlimited data and it’s no different from me not having internet altogether. How do I cancel the plan and get a refund?

I refuse for my R479 to go down the drain for nothing. I need internet for my business, I can’t pay for a service I won’t even be able to use. To think I wanted to get the 5G router. I’m glad y’all disappointed me in less than a day from activation
