Worst network provider on the market

Rain 5G spends most of their resources on advertising and could be an amazing product, but yet their service is the worst we had ever experienced, we cannot give them a phone call, we submit a ticket and never get a call-back. Whether we in lockdown or not, they never get back to their customers.

In the first month of having rain the WiFi speeds are great, but it is a coincidence that they offer a guarantee for the first month because after that first month is up, the WiFi speeds drop from 100mb/s to a few kb/s.

We are not trying to complain about watching online movies, we are complaining about getting downlink traffic(download speed) of 1kb/s when they advertise speeds of ‘up to’ 700mbps which is in my opinion false advertising. I can deal with 10mb/s but what we getting is ridiculous for a R1000p/m. I am sure most of our work depends on the WiFi speeds, now because I chose a atrocious provider, I can’t access my work without hot spotting my laptop with my mobile device.

My personal advice towards anyone considering rain as a network provider, rather go for a reliable provider that can give you any advice or feedback in the time of need if it comes to that.
