Worst Network Provider in SA

For the last four days, I have been without service, and as I work from home, I require the Wi-Fi however, it seems that no one at Rain is concerned. Their chat support is entirely useless, it's so annoying that I have to repeat myself each time I communicate with them, and they continue to give the same generic responses... Worst network provider in South Africa and I would never recommend them anyone
