Worst Network Provider

We have been experiencing the absolute worst service with rain for the last couple of months, last month i once again called, was sent from pillar to post and when i eventually spoke to someone, Craig, he advised me to upgrade my package stating the older routers are usually slower. Now we have done that, upgraded, paying more money and STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. *** RAIN. When it comes to month end you deduct your full money but i struggle with network for most of the month, how TF does that work.
