WORST NETWORK EVER, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I cancelled my rain sim card in August 2022. The last debit order went off at the end of August 2022. This morning I was debited for a service I no longer use. On top of that no one has come to collect the router. I would like a refund for the debit order that went off this morning and to make collection arrangement as agreed when I cancelled the service. I would also like to delete my account with you.
