WORST NETWORK EVER!!!!

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would do that. If you are ever considering getting rain I would highly suggest to stay very far away. They take your money, send you the router and very fast to respond when you have their device, the moment you cancel the nightmare starts, you get "ghosted". I've been struggling since the 1st of March to get my refund from them and to cancel my service, and the one agent after the other keeps telling me the same story that it has been escalated to the accounts department to get canceled. This has been going on now for 2 months. I've emptied my bank account because they keep on debiting it but I haven't used their service nor would I advise anyone in their right mind to ever even think of using them. Has anyone ever succeeded in getting a refund from them as I see there are a lot of similar situations. I wish I never gave them my money at all.
