WORST NETWORK EVER

Ever since I got rain I have always paid on time and even though their network is terrible I still pay, I phoned them last month and told them to cancel my subscription, so they said they can't because I have an unpaid amount, and the consultant advised me to unplug my router and they won't bill me BOOM SUPRISE I got charged for unused WIFI, RAIN is probably the worst ever I can't even recommend them to anyone
